Who are your enemies?

anon_ryqa said in #4715 2w ago: received

Every good man deserves a potent enemy to keep him sharp and attest to his greatness when victory is finally attained. But the modern American man inhabits such a safe cocoon that he can often abstain from conflict almost entirely, both at work and in the community. No dire conflict will come to him at work, the PTA, the basketball court, or the city council; he must seek it out himself. To those of you who already have the blessing of an invigorating enemy, tell us: who is this adversary? What do they stand for, what do they do, and how did you come into conflict? How are you engaging them? Make the case that they should be our enemies as well and perhaps you will gain allies among your anonymous peers.

My enemies are all ideological opponents on the internet, including libertarians, rationalists, effective altruists, progress stunads, Jew-loving HBDers, econoooomists, Christian tradcucks, and liberal journalists. They all stand for the suppression of the White Man's vril and the ascendance of humanity to a higher plane of consciousness and power. I engage them by picking holes in their carefully constructed lies, driving them to great anger and gnashing of teeth. It's not the Bronze Age but it's the best I can do.

The winning strategy in any kind of cooperation problem is tit-for-tat. If you're making a list of enemies, think about who would consider you their enemy (should they be in a position to know everything about you that there is to know) and then start from there.

>>4718 Okay, that's very broad. As a working example, what if we focus specifically on the entitlement class, the people and their proponents who grab at my paycheck every two weeks. Is there anything concrete I should be doing to combat that? The steps I can see are: vote, donate money to my preferred candidates, openly discuss politics with my kids. What else? Post on X?
