Idea: Palladium Institute for Governance Futurism.

I love Palladium magazine and what they started.

We should rally around it and create a research institute with fellowship for our guys to do the reading and research needed for the future. Sell that research to our friends, run playbooks for running for office. Forward-deployed political-engineers to help Bukele, Milei, etc etc.

Less parties, more serious work.

3 year program, based in San Francisco, with some travel for on-the-ground research.

Institutions on the left to learn from:
https://www.phenomenalworld.org/

Do the proper readings and popularize ideas in under-rated books:
– Frederick the Second, Kantorowicz
– Porfiriato, Cosio Villegas
– From Third World to First, LKY
– Yarvin
– Land
– Yasukuni Library on their side of the history of WWII

# Spin out media operations to popularize to a broad audience these ideas on YouTube, IG, etc.

# Write the super dry papers that actually get implemented as policy.

And more activities...

And before you say the obvious: Who is going to give you money for this?

My answer: lets hash out an actual attack plan first, and with that we have better chance at finding the donors to back it. Donors want to win. They don't want beggars. They want winners. I want winners. Let's figure out the plan towards victory – how do we get a proper institution fully funded and operational with the purpose of having actual post-liberal competent government, how to help the emerging ones, how to replace the bad ones, etc etc.

What are the first steps for making such an institution?

I like this idea. I've been cooking something like this, about to raise money. Basically, we're starting such an institution with media and conferences. All the forward deployed philosopher mentoring and all this can basically be built out from there. We go around and talk to potential comrades and people who are already doing useful aligned things. We invite them to our conferences. We get them hooked up into our network. We find them connections, mentors, positions, help in their projects. We discuss strategy and get everybody on same page, sponsor a conversation. The core mandate is to organize and promote the network. A very small project could do a lot at this point.

With a bit more scale you build out the intellectual core: Fellowships, whitepapers, local student groups, etc are phase two. The endgame is basically a well organized international political movement.
